In case you have changed or lost your mobile device, you can use the following article to reset it your LeoMed SSH 2FA.
Step-by-step guide
- Look at the requirements documented in the Contacting LeoMed support section.
- Contact the Permission Manager assigned to the project and provide them with the information required.
- Once the Permission Manager sends a Service Request ticket to leomed-support@id.ethz.ch the LeoMed Support team will send a 2FA reset link via email to account registered in your ETH Guest account.
- Follow the steps below to reset your LeoMed SSH 2FA.
Important
The Password reset links generated by the LeoMed Support team have a validity of 8 hours. Should you need to extend the window in which you are allowed to change your password, please include this in the Service Request.
How to reset your SSH 2FA configuration
1 | Once you've received the email from the LeoMed Support team, open it. You should see a short message and a Scan QR-code in your authenticator app button. Click it and it will take you to the password reset form. Alternatively, if the button is being blocked or the link does not work, we include the link in the body of the email. If you haven't received the email, remember to check your Spam folder. If you still have not received it, please notify the person assigned to your support case. 3 | Once you have changed your SSH 2FA, you can close the page. After this you can Login to LeoMed. |
