If a user's access to a LeoMed tenant should be disabled (for instance, because they have left the lab), the Permissions Manager should request the user access revocation by creating a ticket with the LeoMed support team (see Contacting LeoMed Support). The ticket must include the following information:

  • username
  • tenant name
  • effective date


Note that only requests submitted by Permissions Managers (or Project Leaders) are considered valid and will be processed.
