For BioMedIT projects, user access to LeoMed is revoked via the BioMedIT portal ( The Permissions Manager removes users from the portal project (see references in the box below). This automatically triggers a ticket with the LeoMed support team (see Contacting LeoMed Support) which will remove access to the LeoMed tenant for the user and will inform the user and Permissions Manager.
