In some catalogues, images that cannot be downloaded can be ordered instead.
The ordering procedure is as follows:
Add the selected images to the collection basket using the "Add record to collection basket" function. |

Click on the collection basket. You can continue with the order by clicking on "Order (equal format)" or "Order (different formats)". Please note that not in all catalogues both options are not available. There are also some catalogues where images cannot be ordered at all. In this case, please write an email to the catalogue owner (contact details in the footer). Order (equal format): You order all selected images in one format and resolution. Order (different formats): You select the format and resolution for each image. The ordering process for both options is explained below. |

If all images in your collection basket are free to download, you do not have to place an order and can download the images directly with "Download items". As a logged-in user, you can also save the images in the collection basket as a so called "collection". Please check entry "User account: Create collections". |

Order (equal format): Select the format and resolution in which you would like to receive the images. The offer differs with each catalogue. If you would like a different format for individual images, please order via "Order (different formats)" (see below). Fill out the order form. By sending it, you accept the Terms and Conditions. You can find them in the footer in "About us". Please note that they are different in all catalogues. The collection basket is empty after sending the order. |

You then receive an order confirmation by email. Within the following working days you will be contacted by the relevant catalogue team. |
