Telephone Migration

The telephone migration enables the changeover from the hardphone to the UC Web Client and enables location independent

reachability with the landline telephone number.

Phone Control Center

The Phone Control Center allows users to manage various phone settings themselves.

E.g. call forwarding, password reset UC softphone, voice etc.

In addition, the migration to the softphone and the new Voice Mailbox can be ordered via the Phone Control Center.

The UC Softphone is the standard softphone client of ETH Zurich
