How to Scan to Mail:
On any Nashuatec multifunction device it is possible to send yourself a mail as an attachment (OCR text recognition, only if the option is installed).
|Go to a Nashuatec multifunction device.|
|Then press the function key "Scanner"“|
Option 1: already entered in the address book:
The recipient (address book) has already been added to the "E-Mail" menu. Select the desired recipient
Option 2: not entered in the address book:
In the "E-Mail" menu you can search for any ETH user via LDAP press "Search for destination...".
Press "Name" and enter the „FIRST NAME SURNAME" (depending on the frequency, only the beginning of the last name is sufficient) of the desired recipient.
Press "Start search"
Now you can select the desired recipient
|Place the documents to be scanned in the Automatic Document Feeder or on the glass.|
Now press the green "Start" button to start the scan
The mail order is created and sent to the recipient.
