Several providers block the standard SMTP port 25, so it is necessary to reconfigure the mail clients to port 587.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click on “File” in the top left corner.
  3. Select “Account Settings” and click on “Account Settings”.
  4. Double click on your ETH account.
  5. Open “More Settings ...”
  6. Change to the “Advanced” tab.
  7. Check if “Outgoing server” port is set to “587”.

  8. If the “Outgoing server (SMTP)” port is set to “25”, change it to “587” and click “OK”.
