Mobile Telephony - Employees can place orders, cancel contracts, and make changes via the IT Shop in Self Service. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the Service Desk or ETH Zurich Fleet Management at cmn@id.ethz.ch.


You can find information about your mobile telephony subscription either in the Phone Control Center or in the Swisscom Cockpit.


Authorization

An order with cost consequences must always be approved by the cost center manager. This is necessary for a new connection, termination or modification, e.g. subscription change. The release must be made in ethis by the person responsible for the cost center.
