Overview

Call forwarding

Call forwarding can be set up and managed directly on the end device or via the Phone Control Center. There are three different types of call forwarding.

In addition to the 3-digit exchange 111, calls can be diverted to an internal 5-digit phone number. External call forwarding must always be set up with a 0 in front, e.g. 00791234567. To forward to the voice mail system, the number 39990 must be entered.

  • immediately
  • on busy
  • no reply

light bulb Note

  • Call forwarding can only be set for VoIP phones.
  • The destination number must be entered as it is dialed on the phone (e.g. 20000).
  • External call forwarding destinations must be entered with leading "0" for outside line access (e.g. 00791234567)
  • Switchboard 111 represents all ETH members in their absence (briefing)

Settings - Language, block phone number

Various settings can be managed individually by each user via the Phone Control Center.

  • Language
The language can be changed by each user.

  • Hunt Group / Call Pickup
The user can only view the group membership but not manage it himself.

  • Selective caller rejection (Blacklist)
With call number blocking, the user can protect himself from annoying callers.
Phone numbers can be blocked by placing them on a blacklist. External phone numbers must be entered with a 0 (e.g. 00791234567).

Hardphone - Settings, PIN reset

The exact device type (hardphone) can be viewed under Endpoint / Device. The Phone Settings link takes you directly to the end device (web interface of the phone). Under Phone PIN Reset the PIN of the phone can be reset.
