Listening to messages from your mailbox

All messages will be delivered to your mailbox as an email item. Open the corresponding mail to click and play the MP3 file in order to listen to the message.

Please note:
Once a message has been deleted from the inbox or moved to another folder, the message can no longer be listened to via the telephone.

We therefore recommend not setting up an automatic rule with moving the message to a subfolder.

Remote access to your voicemail

To access your voicemail from an external telephone, your own telephone number must be diverted to the voicemail 39990. In addition, the voicemail PIN is required.

Then call your diverted ETH telephone number. (not to the voicemail number).

While playing your own voicemail greeting, you can enter the menu by pressing the * key. If requested, enter your own PIN and follow the spoken instructions through the menu.
