By uploading a video to the video portal, you accept its terms of use.
Please keep in mind videos and their content (audio, video, images) are being scanned by rights owner which can lead to legal and financial problems for ETH.
Video portal: Upload the video; you will receive an e-mail notification with the video URL when the video has been published. Otherweise, copy the "Link" URL from the video page, not the "Embed" code; the URL typically looks like https://unlimited.ethz.ch/x/CUhkF.
AEM: Proceed in line with the documentation - don't embed videos with access controls though.
The material is archived in line with the video policy; you can delete the video in the video portal, but keep in mind you also have to delete the AEM component.
