Guide to Increase Budget
Manual
In the IT Shop the cloud resource management is in the category cloud services. Open the offering "Modify Cloud Resource Budget"
This offering has only one step. Choose an existing resource environment. The selection shows the current budget (CHF 1000 in the example). Currently the budget can only be increased. Then the new budget gets defined (CHF 2000 in the example), the cost center and the person responsible for the budget get chosen and a reasoning for upping the budget gets added.
The offering can be submitted.
The IT Shop notifies you as soon as the budget has been increased successfully.
Guide to Renew Budget
Manual
In the IT Shop the cloud resource management is in the category cloud services. Open the offering "Modify Cloud Resource Budget"
This offering has only one step. Choose the resource that should be renewed (Column header "Budget Valid To"). Select RENEW. Enter the Budget for the next Budget Period, the cost center, the person responsible for the budget and a reason/information for the financial approver.
The offering can be submitted.
The IT Shop notifies you as soon as the budget has been increased successfully.
