Brochures Print

:

It is possible to print on the Nashuatec multifunction device. If the booklet option is not installed, the stapling and folding function is not possible.

MC3: 60 pages of original originals produce 15 pages of stapled booklets
MC3+: 80 pages of original documents produce 20 pages of stitched brochures

Caution: If the amount of paper is exceeded, the stapling and folding function will not be performed.


How to Print

Brochures Printing from Office Applications

:

To print brochures you should set this in the print properties.

You should click on "Print properties".

Select under Document format and Print on the desired "Brochure Format".

Note: If you select A4 booklet size, make sure that the paper size A4-R is loaded on the machine.

Select "Off" from 2-sided.

Select "Magazine" under Brochure.

Select "Centered" under Staples.

Now press "OK" and send the print job.

from Acrobat Reader (PDF)

:

To print PDF files as brochures, you should set this in the print window.

Select "Brochure".

Then select "Properties".

Select under Document format and Print on the desired "Brochure Format".

Note: If you select A4 booklet size, make sure that the paper size A4-R is loaded on the machine.

Select "Off" from 2-sided.

Select "Magazine" under Brochure.

Select "Centered" under Staples.

Now press "OK" and send the print job.

To print brochures, you can activate the "Booklet" option under "Printer Options" (Printer Features) in the subfolder "Generel 6" (General 6).

In addition, stapling can be activated. The option can be found under "Printer Options" (Printer Features) in the subfolder "Generel 3" (General 3)

"2 at center" is the option for brochures.

Now press "OK" and send the print job.
