Stapling and punching in landscape format


In landscape format to staple and punch from Windows thus has its strange settings.

The left or right top stapling in landscape format is twisted in the driver and you are even more confused by the preview image.

Here we show you how to print your document correctly.


Stapling and punching in landscape format from Windows


To print a document in landscape format with stapling or punching, you should set this in the print properties.

You should click on "Print properties".



Stapling top left in landscape format


To staple a document in landscape format at the top left, you have to select "Top right" under Staples


 

Under Detail. Settings under "Output Settings" the orientation Rotate Landscape must be set to "On" and the orientation cancel must be set to "Portrait" Now press "OK" and send the print job.

In order to staple a document in landscape format at the top, you should select "2 left" under Staples

To punch a document in landscape format at the top you have to select "2 left" under Punch
