Sometimes, when opening the E-Pics Website or a single catalogue, an error appears. Even though no actual error has occurred, the cache of your browser has saved an old website. For the correct page to appear again, the cache must first be emptied.

Empty Cache

Chrome

Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. The following window appears: 

Tick the boxes as shown above and click "Clear data". 

Edge / IE

Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. The following window appears: 

Tick the boxes as shown above and click "Clear data". 

Firefox

Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. The following window appears: 

Tick the boxes as shown above and click "Clear data". 

Safari

First choose "Preferences", then go to the tab "Advanced". Now check the box "Show Develop menu in menu bar" and close the window. 

Now you can empy the cache in the menu "Develop":
