A rare bug in Outlook 365 (classic) causes the arbitrary automatic reordering of folders in the client.
To stop the behavior you can try the following:

  • Move a folder manually (right mouse button, move "down", then move "up")
  • If in cached mode:
    • Switch off cached mode
    • Move a folder manually (right mouse button, move "down", then move "up")

Access to public folders

The public folders can only be accessed with Outlook for Windows and for Mac (in legacy mode) until the end of the entire migration. After that it will work again with Outlook on the web.
Due to the technological differences between the cloud-based and our on-premises Exchange environment, connection interruptions may occur at times.
