  • Hover your cursor on the upper left corner of the file table, the button for selecting all files will appear

  • Select all files
  • Deselect OneNote notebooks, if applicable
    When all files including OneNote notebooks are selected, the Download button does not appear. This is because OneNote notebooks are not stored as files and folders as other files, and you cannot download the OneNote notebooks as a single file. Therefore, you have to deselect the OneNote notebook in your OneDrive, then the Download button should appear. In the OneNote App, you can export a OneNote notebook as a package.  


  • Click to download. The files will be downloaded as a zip file to your local computer.
